An annual physical exam gives you a chance to get to know our clinic and gives your provider an opportunity to address small concerns before they become larger problems. Your provider can also help you identify lifestyle changes that could lead to better health. An annual checkup could include:

• Visual examinations of eyes, ears, nose and mouth.
• Testing of reflexes.
• Visual examination of skin.
• Time to address any concerns.

Sick-patient care

If you are sick or injured, you can get a same-day or next-day appointment at Novant Health Family Medicine Residency Clinic. And, our on-site lab makes it easier for your provider to deliver a prompt and accurate diagnosis so any needed treatment can begin without delay.
