Prescription refills

If you need a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health Family Medicine Residency Clinic, contact your pharmacy when you have at least a three-day supply of your medication remaining. This will give your pharmacy time to refill your prescription or to contact our office if permission is needed. Calling our office instead of your pharmacy could delay the refill process.

Let your pharmacy and our clinic know if you are having difficulty taking your medication.
